Founded in 2021 by Bassel, Stella Coffee began as a small corner café on Chaussée de Charleroi in Saint-Gilles — built around the idea of creating a warm, community-centred space where people could gather, connect, and feel at home.

Over the years, Stella has continued to grow while staying true to its roots. In 2023, Atelier Stella opened its doors, becoming the heart of the brand. Home to Stella’s in-house bakery, Atelier brings together freshly baked goods, great coffee, and the everyday moments that make neighbourhood cafés special.

In November 2025, Stella expanded once again with the opening of Le Grand on Avenue Legrand — a refined and beautifully designed space that represents the next chapter of the Stella story.

Today, Stella Coffee is more than just a café. It is a community-centred brand shaped by the people around it — a place where design, hospitality, and neighbourhood culture come together.
